Cochecton Volunteer Ambulance Park

Locals know this little spot is nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point. There’s a handful of playground pieces that keep the younger kids — think 2 to 10 — happily occupied, and the gazebo is genuinely useful when the sun is doing too much. It’s a small park, so don’t expect a big production, but for a quick outing with little ones in Lake Huntington, it does the job well. Families from the area seem to rotate through regularly, which says something.
