Lake St. Clair Playground

Right on the water in Harrison Township, this playground pulls in families from all over — and honestly, you can see why. The equipment is kept up better than most spots around here, and there’s enough variety that little ones and older kids both find something to do. Plenty of benches mean you can actually sit and watch your kids instead of hovering, which is a nice change. The beach is just steps away, so it’s easy to make a whole afternoon out of it — playground, then lake, then repeat. Weekends get a good mix of locals and people making the trip out, but it never feels chaotic.
