Playground Darien Lakes State Park

Right next to the campground at Darien Lakes State Park, this playground gets looked after way better than you’d expect from a state park facility. The equipment is clean, nothing’s broken, and the whole area just feels like someone actually shows up to maintain it regularly. It’s a solid spot for kids while the family is camping or just passing through Alden for the day. Nothing flashy, but that’s kind of the point — it fits the park setting and does the job well.
