Burdick Playground

Locals know Burdick Playground is one of the better spots in Brewerton for a full afternoon out — you’ve got the lake right there, which already makes it feel like more than just a standard neighborhood park. Kids 2 to 10 have plenty to work with: slides, swings, and some musical equipment that honestly gets more use than you’d expect. The open grass field gives the older ones room to run while younger siblings do their thing on the equipment. Pack a cooler, because the BBQ area and picnic tables actually make it worth staying for a proper cookout. Parking’s easy, the benches face the water, and it’s the kind of place you end up at every other weekend without really planning it.
