Pleasants Park is the kind of neighborhood spot that actually gets taken care of — the grounds are clean, the equipment isn’t falling apart, and someone clearly shows up to maintain it. Parents tend to like it here because sightlines are solid throughout, so you’re not constantly craning your neck to find your kid. The tennis courts are a genuine bonus, well-kept enough that people actually use them regularly.
