Freeman Park Playground

Shorewood locals know Freeman Park pulls double duty pretty well — the soccer field gets solid use on weekends, and the walking path is actually worth the trip on its own. The playground covers kids from toddlers up through around 12, so you’re not dragging multiple groups to different spots. Restrooms on-site make a real difference when you’ve got little ones, and the whole place stays noticeably well-kept compared to some other parks in the area. Good call if you want a spot where the adults can actually move around while the kids do their thing.
