The shade trees actually do their job on hot summer days, which isn’t something you can say about every playground around here. Pack a lunch — there are picnic tables, so you can make a proper afternoon of it instead of rushing home. Kids of pretty much any age can find something to do, which makes it easy when you’ve got a mixed crew.
