Small but solid, this municipal park in Noyan punches above its weight for a quiet village spot. There’s a sandbox for the little ones, and the walking path makes for a decent loop if you just need to stretch your legs without driving somewhere. Come winter, the ice rink is the real draw — locals actually use it, which says a lot. It’s right there on the edge of the countryside, so the views are genuinely good, not just “small town” good.
