Playground

If you’re camping at Nehalem Bay State Park and the kids need to burn off some energy, this little playground does the job. It’s basic — swings and shade trees — but honestly that’s fine when you’ve got forest trails basically right outside your tent. The restrooms are close by, which matters more than people admit. Nothing fancy, but it fits the vibe of the park perfectly, and younger kids especially seem happy here while parents decompress after a long drive up the coast.
