Sunset Park Playground

Banks doesn’t have a ton going on, but this playground is genuinely one of the better stops in the area for families with younger kids. The equipment is newer and well-maintained — slides, swings, a climbing structure, and one of those old-school merry-go-rounds that the kids absolutely lose their minds over. Shaded picnic tables mean you’re not just standing in the sun watching them run laps, and the parking situation is way easier than most parks you’ll deal with. Restrooms on-site too, which matters more than people admit. If you’re coming from outside Banks, it’s worth the drive.
