Playground

If you’re doing the loop around the lake, this little playground is exactly where you’ll want to stop and let the kids burn off some energy. It’s set up for younger ones — nothing too wild, but that’s kind of the point out here. The views of the water are genuinely pretty, and there are restrooms on site which, honestly, makes or breaks a trip with toddlers. The walking path connects you right to the lake access, so it works well as a home base rather than just a quick detour. Chattaroy doesn’t have a ton of spots like this, so locals tend to treat it like a bit of a hidden find.
