If you’ve got a toddler and just want somewhere calm to kill an hour, this little park in Marysville’s Northpointe neighborhood genuinely delivers. The shade trees do real work on hot summer days, and there’s actual shaded seating — not just a bench baking in the sun. Swings for the little ones, a walking path that edges close to the trees, and enough quiet that you can actually hear yourself think. It’s small, which honestly works in its favor — easy to keep an eye on a 2 or 3 year old without chasing them across a massive field. Worth knowing about if you live on this side of town.
