Lake Padden East Entrance Playground

Most people head straight to the west side of Lake Padden, which honestly works in your favor over here. The east entrance gets less foot traffic but still gives you solid lake views, access to the walking path, and a BBQ area with picnic tables — so it’s a legit option if you want to actually enjoy a meal outside without fighting for space. The forest trails start right nearby, and the whole vibe is pretty low-key. Restrooms are on-site and kept in decent shape, which matters more than people admit when you’ve got kids with you.
