Blaine Marine Park-kids play area

The play area here is honestly one of the better setups in Whatcom County — solid climbing structure, a couple of slides, and the whole thing sits right where you can see the water while your kids burn off energy. You’re steps from the beach, and there are trails nearby if the family wants to stretch it into a longer outing. The BBQ and picnic tables get claimed early on weekends, so show up before noon if you actually want a spot. Restrooms are kept clean, which isn’t something you can say about every park around here. The bike track adds a nice bonus, especially if you’ve got older kids who need something beyond the playground.
