Out in Quinhagak, this playground does what it needs to do for the kids in the community — and in a village this size, having a dedicated spot to play actually matters. It serves all ages, which makes sense when you think about how families out here tend to do things together. Not fancy, but that’s not really the point when you’ve got the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta as your backdrop. Local kids know where to find it.
