The Ballpark at League City

League City’s ballpark does a lot of things right — the covered playground keeps the little ones (we’re talking toddler age, mostly) out of the brutal Texas sun while the older kids watch games on the open grass field. Restrooms are clean, parking is free and there’s actually enough of it, which isn’t something you can say about every sports complex around here. The shaded seating means parents aren’t just standing around sweating through their shirts. It’s a solid spot if you’ve got a mixed-age group and want everyone to actually enjoy the outing.
