Cooney Playground

Good spot for the littles — the fenced-in play area means you’re not chasing a toddler across half of Cranston while trying to relax for five minutes. There’s a climbing structure and slides that are sized right for the 1-5 crowd, nothing too intimidating. Beyond the playground itself, the walking track and open grass field give older kids or adults something to do while the younger ones wear themselves out. Free parking right there makes the whole trip that much easier, which honestly matters more than people admit.
