Honestly, this one’s pretty solidly geared toward the little ones — we’re talking true toddler and preschool territory, so don’t bring your kindergartner expecting to be impressed. The scavenger hunt element is the real draw here, and kids in that 2-5 range genuinely get into it. The slide is sized right for small bodies, which parents of younger toddlers will appreciate. A heads up on the mulch though — it’s the kind of loose stuff that ends up in shoes and sometimes kids’ mouths, so keep an eye on that if you’ve got a crawler or a mouthy two-year-old. It’s in Arvada’s Lake Arbor area, so pair it with a walk around the lake if you want to stretch the outing.
