Bancroft Park Playground

Right in the heart of Bancroft, this little playground punches above its weight for such a quiet corner of town. It’s split into two sections, which works really well for keeping the littlest ones away from the older kids — handy when you’ve got a toddler and don’t want to be chasing them everywhere. There’s a solid setup of slides, swings, and a merry-go-round, and everything’s kept in genuinely good nick — no broken equipment or grubby surfaces, which you’d be surprised how rare that is. The pond nearby makes for a nice backdrop, and the whole area feels calm enough that you can actually relax for five minutes.
