Small but handy, this little playground sits right in the apartment complex, so you’re never far from home when the kids need to burn off some energy. The wheelchair accessibility is a genuine plus — not every spot around Hicks can say that. There are a few places to grab a bite nearby, which makes it easy to turn a quick outing into a longer afternoon. Nothing fancy, but for residents, it does the job.
