Crimson Playground

Out near the tree line at Fort Rucker, this spot has a genuine adventure park feel that a lot of the more polished playgrounds around here just don’t pull off. Kids who like to get a little dirty and explore are going to be way more into this than your average swing set situation. The proximity to the trails is the real draw — you can let them run the playground for a bit and then just keep going into the woods without getting back in the car. Worth noting it’s not wheelchair accessible, so plan accordingly. Good pick if your crew leans toward the outdoorsy side.
