Tucked inside the Ashbrooke HOA neighborhood, this is the kind of spot where kids from the subdivision just show up on their own after school. Madison County has no shortage of planned communities, and this playground does exactly what a neighborhood spot should — gives local families somewhere close to home without having to load up the car. Don’t expect a destination park, but for residents, that’s kind of the point.
