Out in Newbern, this little farm spot has a genuinely rural feel that you just don’t get at your typical cookie-cutter playground. It’s quiet out here — like, actually quiet — which makes it a nice change of pace if you’re tired of crowded parks. The kind of place locals know about and out-of-towners definitely don’t. If you’ve got kids who’d rather poke around a farm setting than fight over a swing set, Jimbo’s is worth the trip.
