Tucked inside Phil Hoel Park, this is a solid go-to for families in the area without a lot of fanfare attached to it. It’s wheelchair accessible, which matters more than people give it credit for when you’re trying to include every kid in the group. Lubbock doesn’t always get credit for its parks, but this one pulls its weight for a casual afternoon outside.
