Right next to the VFW Campground, this spot gets overlooked by a lot of folks who don’t know it’s there. It’s one of the more accessible playgrounds in the North Wilkesboro area, which honestly isn’t something you can say about a lot of places around here. The VFW connection gives it a real community feel — this isn’t some generic park dropped in by a developer. If you’re already hitting the Wilkes County Flea Market nearby, it makes for an easy stop to let the kids burn off some energy.
