Tucked into one of Sullivan’s quieter residential pockets, this little neighborhood spot is the kind of place locals actually use rather than just drive past. It’s accessible, which matters more than people give it credit for — not every playground around here can say that. Nothing flashy, but that’s kind of the point. Bring the kids, find a patch of shade, and just decompress for a bit without fighting crowds or traffic.
