Right off Waterworks Rd, this Waterloo spot is one of those places where you can easily burn a whole afternoon without really planning to. The dog park is right there, so if you’ve got kids and a dog, you’re basically hitting two birds with one stone. It’s a solid local option when you want to get outside without driving far.
