Tucked behind Compass Evangelical Free Church on the west side of Columbia, this is very much a neighborhood-first kind of spot. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point — it’s the place you swing by when the kids need to burn off some energy without making a whole trip out of it. Locals in the surrounding streets seem to have claimed it as their own, which gives it a relaxed, low-key feel you don’t always get at the bigger parks.
