Lions Park Playground

Right next to the Botanic Gardens, this is one of those parks where you can actually stay a while without feeling like you forgot something. The climbing structure and slides keep kids in the 2-12 range busy long enough for you to eat your lunch at a picnic table in peace — the shade trees help a lot on hot Wyoming afternoons. Restrooms on-site is a bigger deal than people admit, especially with little ones. The open grass field and walking path mean older kids can roam while you keep an eye on the younger ones from the benches. It’s a solid, accessible setup that the community clearly takes care of.
