If you’ve got little ones and need somewhere to get out of the Texas heat, this is worth knowing about. The enclosed play area works well for kids up to around 12, and the picnic tables and benches mean parents can actually sit and breathe for a minute instead of hovering the whole time. It’s a church, so there’s definitely a community feel to the place — people are friendly and it doesn’t feel like you’re just passing through. Good option to keep in your back pocket for those brutally hot or rainy days when outdoor play is just not happening.
