Right in the middle of the city on Jefferson St, this spot is genuinely useful if you’re already running around downtown Dubuque. The accessibility here is solid — it’s set up so kids of different abilities can actually use the space, which isn’t something you can say about every playground in town. You’re a short walk from the Telegraph Herald building and Walnut Tap, so it’s easy to tack on lunch or a quick errand before or after. Honestly a decent option when you need somewhere central and don’t want to drive out to the bigger parks.
