Right on Harrison Street, this is one of those low-key spots that locals actually use without making a big deal about it. Black River Falls isn’t huge, so Mills Park pulls decent foot traffic from families in the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s close enough to town that you can easily pair a stop here with errands or a bite to eat nearby. Nothing flashy, but that’s kind of the point.
