Honestly, it’s more of a wide open field than a traditional playground, but that’s kind of the appeal. The cricket ground gives the space a distinct character you don’t see everywhere in Quebec, and there’s plenty of room for kids to just run without bumping into equipment every five seconds. It’s the kind of spot locals know about but rarely gets crowded, which is a win. Worth combining with whatever else you’ve got going on in Verdun since there’s no shortage of things nearby.
