Carlisle Playground

If you’re local to Onalaska, you probably already know that Carlisle Lake is right there — and this little playground makes for an easy combo trip. The enclosed play area means toddlers can run around without you chasing them into the parking lot, and the shade trees actually do their job on hot summer afternoons. Slides and swings cover the basics for the 2-12 crowd, nothing fancy, but solid. The walking path is a nice bonus if the kids burn through the playground in twenty minutes (they will) and need somewhere else to take their energy.
