Shelter #11

Honestly, Shelter #11 is more of a pit stop than a destination — but that’s not necessarily a bad thing if you know what you’re getting into. It sits close enough to Oak Park that you can easily wander over, and when the farmers market is running, the whole area has a decent energy to it. No play structures here, so don’t haul the kids out expecting a full playground setup. That said, it’s a solid spot to take a breather between errands or grab some shade while the rest of your crew does their thing around the park.
