Playground

Out on the base, this playground does exactly what it needs to — gives kids a place to burn off energy without having to drive anywhere. Nothing fancy, but when you’re stationed here and the North Dakota winter finally lets up, you’re not complaining about a convenient spot right outside your door. It’s the kind of place where kids from the neighborhood just end up after school without anyone really planning it.
