T & P Hill workout station

If you’re already running the trails around White Rock Lake, this workout station makes a solid pit stop for some bodyweight work out in the open air. It sits up near T&P Hill with the Filter Building close by, so the views aren’t bad while you’re catching your breath. Pretty no-frills, but that’s kind of the point — just you, the hill, and whatever reps you’ve got left in you. Dallas fitness folks who make the lake loop regularly tend to know this one well.
