This little spot is one of those places the neighbors quietly keep to themselves. The fenced-in play area makes it easy to relax on the benches or at the picnic tables without constantly doing a head count, which parents of toddlers will seriously appreciate. Kids 2 through 12 get a solid mix — slides, swings, a climbing structure, and a sandbox that younger ones especially love. The open grass field out back is perfect when the bigger kids need room to actually run. Quiet street, low crowds, genuinely good vibes.
