Honestly, not much to go on with this one, but it’s a neighborhood spot that locals in that part of Duluth seem to actually use. East 11th Street has that no-frills feel you get with a lot of Duluth’s hillside parks — nothing flashy, but it does the job. If you’re in the area and the kids need to burn some energy, it’s worth a stop.
