Kids Park

If you want somewhere to let the kids burn off energy without it turning into a full-on expedition, this one does the job nicely. The zipline tends to be the main draw — older kids especially will queue for it repeatedly — while the climbing frame and slides keep the younger ones busy. It’s enclosed, which makes a real difference if you’ve got runners who don’t stop for traffic. Quieter than some of the bigger parks in the area, so weekday visits especially feel pretty relaxed. There’s a soccer field and open grass space too, handy when the older ones outgrow the play equipment and just want a kick-about.
