King George V Park & Pavilion

The zipline is genuinely one of the better ones in Deeside — kids queue up for it, which tells you everything. It’s a solid park for a full afternoon out: enclosed play area with slides, swings and a climbing frame, plus a skate park and basketball court for older ones who’ve outgrown the playground. Picnic tables and a BBQ area mean you can actually make a day of it without having to pack up and head home for lunch. Parking’s easy, the open grass field gives younger kids room to just run about, and parents can keep an eye on everything without constantly chasing anyone down.
