The new playground kit here is genuinely good — solid, well-kept, and a proper step up from what used to be there. Locals have clearly taken care of the place, and it shows. There’s a big football field that gets a lot of use on weekends, plus an open grass area that gives kids room to actually run about. The flowers dotted around make it feel looked after rather than just functional, and there are benches and picnic tables if you want to settle in for a while. Suits all ages, honestly — you’ll see toddlers on the equipment and teenagers on the basketball court at the same time.
