Got a soft spot for this one honestly — the renovation they did here made a real difference. The rubber matting underfoot means younger kids can take a tumble without it being a drama, and the single-gate enclosure is a proper godsend when you’ve got a runner on your hands. There’s a decent mix of kit too: slides, a climbing structure, and a merry-go-round that gets plenty of use. Picnic tables mean you can actually sit down properly rather than hovering at the edge, and the layout keeps everything in your sightline without having to constantly chase after them. Suits all ages, and locals know it — weekends it fills up fast.
