East Whitburn Play Park

Locals know this one punches above its weight for a neighbourhood park. There’s genuinely loads for kids to get stuck into, and whoever’s responsible for keeping it tidy is actually doing their job — it stays clean, which isn’t something you can say about every park round here. The football pitch is a proper bonus, gives the older ones something to do while the younger kids are running about on the play equipment. Solid option if you’re in the Bathgate area and need to burn off some energy with the family.
