Playground McGavin Park

McGavin Park has had a proper glow-up recently — the play area’s been refurbished and it shows. Kids are well sorted with slides, swings, and a zip wire that actually gets some use, while the outdoor gym next door means adults aren’t just standing around watching. There’s a big open grass field if you need space to run about or kick a ball around, and a few benches dotted around for when you need a sit-down. It’s one of those parks that works for pretty much everyone, which is probably why you’ll always find folk there.
