If you’re west of the city and after a decent all-rounder, this place does the job well. The gym gets the most love from regulars, and honestly the staff here are a cut above — actually helpful, not just standing around. Pool’s on site too, which is handy, though it’s worth checking maintenance schedules before you make a special trip for a swim. Go mid-morning on a weekday if you can, it’s a different experience to the after-work rush. Parking’s easy, there’s a basketball court and football pitch outside, and the whole place is kept noticeably clean — small thing, but you notice when it’s not.
