Kit Calvert Playground

Right in the heart of Hawes, this little playground is a solid stop if you’re already dragging the kids around after a visit to the Wensleydale Creamery — which, let’s be honest, is most people’s reason for being here. It’s geared toward the younger ones, so toddlers tend to get a lot out of it. Nothing fancy, but that’s fine — it does exactly what it needs to do for the 2-and-up crowd. Handy to know about if you’re spending the day in the Dales and need somewhere to let small legs run free for a bit.
