Mountpanther Farm Park

If you’re anywhere near Downpatrick and have kids in tow, this place is worth the trip. The animals are a proper highlight — staff actually seem to enjoy being there, which makes a difference, and that enthusiasm rubs off on the visit. There are bouncy pillows and slides to keep the little ones occupied, plus indoor options so the inevitable drizzle doesn’t ruin the day. Benches are dotted around sensibly, and parking is easy enough that you’re not starting the day stressed.
