If you’re heading to Haverigg beach anyway, you’d be daft not to stop here — the playground sits right alongside it, so the kids can bounce between the swings and the sand without any fuss. There’s a solid setup: slides, a climbing structure, a zipline that the older ones will actually bother with, and swings for the littlest ones to monopolise. Parking’s easy, the loos are on-site, and there’s a cafe close enough that you can grab a brew without losing sight of anyone. Honestly it works for a proper mixed-age group, not just toddlers — which makes it a rare find round here.
