If you’ve got a kid in little league around Burnet County, you’ve probably already spent a Saturday morning here. The fields are kept up well — no complaints on that front — and there’s actual shade from the trees, which matters a lot once summer hits in Central Texas. Parking is easy, restrooms are on-site, and the open grass gives kids room to roam when they’re not up to bat. It’s a solid community spot that does exactly what it needs to do for school-age kids and their families.
